This Toxie figure was developed with the help of Varner Studios, who designed the original 90's Toxic Crusaders toy line! The likable lumpy headed hero Toxie comes complete with Shield, Toxic Bandolier, Toxic Waste Drum Grenades, and secret glow-in-the-dark weapon, plus slime! The action figure comes packaged in a themed blister and backing card.
