Returns Policy
If your item is damaged by the postal service during delivery:
Provide clear pictures of the damaged shipping box, including a legible picture of the shipping label that shows the tracking number and your address. Also, provide clear pictures of the damaged item in and out of the protective cover it was packaged in.
A Damage Claim will be initiated and you will receive a Claim ID number.
After you receive the Claim ID number, bring the item and damaged packaging with all its contents, including the protective material (bubble cushions, packing paper, cardboard inserts, poly-bag, etc.) to your local post office for manual inspection. If/when the claim is approved you will receive a full refund.
* Please note: I do not guarantee perfect mint condition packaging. If the item is still considered to be in Excellent to Near Mint condition despite the package being damaged, a claim may not be filed by MC Collectible. You still have the option to initiate a Damage Claim with USPS on your own.
** The claim may be denied if we can't show proof of secure packaging. Please ensure to include all packing material when going in for inspection.
General Returns:
Because this is a shop for collectibles, we do not accept returns on any item if it has been opened and/or damaged post-delivery. We will accept returns on unopened/unused items that are returned in the same condition as originally shipped. The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivered date and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Any other return request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was received, a refund for the item only will be issued. If the item returned is damaged, modified or different from the item purchased, the refund will be denied and the item may not be returned. We can make some exceptions with proper communication. Our goal is to build good relationships.
Items listed as "used" or "damaged packaging" in the listing description are sold as is and may not be eligible for returns. It will be disclosed in the listing if returns are not excepted.

Shipping (US Only)
We take shipping seriously. All items on this site are considered collectibles and will be well packaged with the collector in mind.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or ounce.
