Returns Policy
Because this is a shop for collectibles, we do not accept returns on any item if it has been opened and/or damaged post-delivery. We will accept returns on unopened/unused items that are returned in the same condition as originally shipped. The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivered date and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Any other return request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was received, a refund will be issued. If the item returned is damaged, modified or different from the item purchased, the refund will be denied and the item may not be returned. We can make some exceptions with proper communication. Our goal is to build good relationships.
Damaged or lost packages caused by the delivery service will be handled as needed to ensure the best end result for the buyer.
Items listed as "used" or "damaged packaging" in the listing description are sold as is and may not be eligible for returns. It will be disclosed in the listing if returns are accepted or not.

Shipping (US Only)
We take shipping seriously. All items on this site are considered collectibles and will be well packaged with the collector in mind.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or ounce.
